I’m thrilled to offer personal training and monthly coaching for mamas in all stages of motherhood. Programming is designed specifically for your unique needs, taking into account your goals, lifestyle and fitness level, interests, and where you are in your motherhood journey.
All sessions are available in single session or 4-week packages, with the option to meet 1-2x/week.
**Personal training is currently being held through Zoom/Virtual. Option for in-person personal training in San Diego as soon as it is safe to do so.
Online coaching is delivered through the mobile-friendly TrueCoach app with easy-to-follow programming and video demos, along with access to me anytime. The benefit of monthly coaching? Workout at a time that works best for you! I get it – #momlife can be tough to predict and schedule. Using the app is easy peasy (and totally free to download!) and you can feel confident knowing every workout is designed for where you are in your motherhood journey.
All monthly coaching includes the option for an additional 1:1 personal training session per week, held virtually or in person in San Diego. This is a great time to connect about your program, and/or get in an extra training session per week with me.
