Class designed for moms-to-be in all trimesters of pregnancy. Together we’ll move through strength and mobility exercises and circuits to strengthen the body for a more comfortable pregnancy and prepare you for labor and delivery. I bring that extra flair of intensity and fun, while also keeping movements safe. We place a large emphasis on breath and core work, strong glutes and hips, and mobility to minimize aches and pains. Strong mama-to-be classes will be offered as part of the Strong Mama-to-be Group Training Program.

Strength/HIIT class designed for all fitness levels: trying to conceive, pregnancy (with prior fitness experience + doctor’s OK), and postpartum (at least 6 months postpartum). This class will include more high impact and some jumping cardio, along with strength. Low impact options and exercise modifications provided.
